GENERAL TERMS OF PARTNERSHIP
OBJECTIVE :
Adult-Business puts Internet sites into place that are resevered for an adult public. These sites are paid for by subscriptions, via bank card only, with understood renewal and tangential fees. The general terms of subscription are clearly indicated to visitors, who must accept them in advance before they can subscribe. The sites being marketed offer content conforming to French legislation.
The partner guarantees the promotion of the provider's paid sites through the means of their own sistes and the traffic that they generate. To this effect, the provider puts personalized links at the partner's disposal, permitting them to track the revenue generated by this promotion.
The partner has access, in the member area, to a personalized control panel (updated in real time) that permits the partner to track their compensation from day to day.
COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT :
Adult-Business agrees to pay 60% of the amount generated by subscriptions and renewals after taxes.
The payment will be effectuated by cheque or bank transfer less the applicable fees for the respective countries, paid on the 15th of the following month, for a minimum sum of 50 euros.
AFFILIATION :
The partner has the option of participating in a promotion program of affiliation with the provider. In this case, 10% of the commissions of offspring sites will be paid to the partner.
French law prohibits auto-sponsorship, and disobeying this law will exclude the partner from the affiliation program.
